Nancy Lee Andrews was born in Jersey City, May 14, 1947.
She was one of the Eileen Ford models and became a photographer herself.
For music (Doors, Hendrix, Grateful Dead) Nancy and her friends
went to the Fillmore East. Got in through the back door.
That’s where she fell in love with Carl Radle,
base player for Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker, Leon Russell.
But really famous she became after May 27, 1974.
The day she met Ringo Starr at Peter Lawford’s Santa Monica beach home.
She was invited by John Lennon and May Pang.
That night she was Ringo’s poker partner.
Teasing him after he had a shave.
It’s growing back again.
May Pang and Nancy.
They were together for five years. When Ringo left her for Barbara Bach,
she sewed him for palimony (alimony for pals).
